Eligibility

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related field

Job Responsibilities
- Document and upload all case-related documents on the Cases Management System
- Maintain and update data and statistics on the Department’s technical systems
- Manage administrative forms and internal communications related to the Section’s work
- Assist in scanning, organizing, and preparing case files
- Coordinate staff meetings, book halls, and send invitations
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings
- Organize and archive electronic files according to departmental standards

Main Administrative Duties
- Use Tawqeet system to log daily tasks as per Departmental rules
- Prepare weekly progress reports on assigned cases
- Comply with the Cases Management System (Tawtheeq) procedures
- Adhere to information security policies
- Follow attendance and performance circulars strictly
|
Required Skills
- Understanding of relevant departmental policies and procedures
- Teamwork and multitasking under workload pressure
- Creativity and innovation in administrative work
- Proficient in computer applications
- Fluent in Arabic and English – reading, writing, speaking
