Eligibility

  • Required Nationality: UAE Only
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related field

Job Responsibilities

  • Document and upload all case-related documents on the Cases Management System
  • Maintain and update data and statistics on the Department’s technical systems
  • Manage administrative forms and internal communications related to the Section’s work
  • Assist in scanning, organizing, and preparing case files
  • Coordinate staff meetings, book halls, and send invitations
  • Record and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Organize and archive electronic files according to departmental standards

Main Administrative Duties

  • Use Tawqeet system to log daily tasks as per Departmental rules
  • Prepare weekly progress reports on assigned cases
  • Comply with the Cases Management System (Tawtheeq) procedures
  • Adhere to information security policies
  • Follow attendance and performance circulars strictly

Required Skills

  • Understanding of relevant departmental policies and procedures
  • Teamwork and multitasking under workload pressure
  • Creativity and innovation in administrative work
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Fluent in Arabic and English – reading, writing, speaking
